Our Baby is a WEEK OLD
On Friday at exactly 12:43 pm we took time to celebrate a week of having our little boy in our arms. I know a week is not that long, but to look back and think that it was a week ago is surprising. We are so excited he is here and we are excited to celebrate every day that he is with us.
We have had plenty of times to hold this little dude and kiss him all over. It has been one of the best weeks that we both have ever had and we are excited for many many more.
On this day he looked particularly BIG (and I am not talking double chin and thunder thighs) I'm talking grown up. I think part of it was that he had a collar and was not in a onesie or a sleeper. We tell him every day that we want him to stay little forever!!!!

you are going to be so glad that you recorded these things while they were fresh, because it goes by so fast. now you are beginning to see the truth in that old cliche, aren't you?
and you're right, he does look very grown up.
He does look "big" in this picture! What a handsome little guy. I love all of the family shots you took in your last post, too, and your explanation of his name. So cool! Give him an extra kiss from us! Wish I could be there to hold him and ooh and ahh over him. :)
