I made these pretty, and very tasty Cinnamon Rolls (they taste exactly like the ones at Cinnabon!) So good
I made this cute skirt with my new sewing machine, I bought cheap fabric to try it out first. I will make another one soon, longer and hopefully lower around the waist. But I did it in only about 2 hours. Not bad! Don't look too close, I am still working out the details, hopefully adding a strip of black ribbon to the bottom.
So here is the ugly part, My husband has gained weight, lots of it, but only on his right foot. Yuck! It is so gross! He hurt it during the soccer game that put us in the semi-finals. He didn't really tell me until the next day and it was definitely swollen. But today it is red and bruised and just gross. Poor guy, I think he should get it looked at but he doesn't (I have a doctors appointment scheduled for him for Monday for his ear, we are going to mention this also!)

Heres some close ups for ya! These pictures don't show nearly how bad it looks. Lets just hope he recovers by Wednesday or we are in trouble!

You made that skirt!?! I need lessons. I've been wanting to try to make a skirt (the concept seems pretty easy), but I haven't had the guts yet. I did, however, just make my first baby blanket so at least I know how to use a sewing machine now. Please teach me!
